Angina is described as a tightening feeling you can have on your chest or torso. The exact symptoms to know you have this are never clear but the angina causes can be recognized. This is because the pain you might be feeling can range from being a simple heartburn or any other normal chest pain to a more serious heart attack. But hope is not lost as there are signs which you can look at and help you recognize an angina attack. People will face a stage of discomfort but not necessarily accompanied by severe pain.
Various angina causes are brought about by several body activities. The stable angina is caused by having the body do some heavy workout such as lifting heavy weight and tedious exercises. The unstable angina is somewhat dangerous because it can happen without any obvious irritation. It happens when blood clots appear and the blood vessels tighten.
