The second choice, which you may consume daily too, is green tea. Green tea has been popular for its function to burn the fat in your body. Besides, it helps you to stimulate the production of hormones, which control your food cravings. The third choice is coffee. Drinking a cup of coffee may give you the same effect as the one mentioned above. Please make sure that you do not add fat cream and too much sugar so that it will make you slim and limit your appetite.
